Friday Favorites #14

It’s Friiiiiiday! AH the weekend is here AND it is Mother’s Day weekend to make it even better. This week absolutely flew by, and I’m not complaining about it either!

I am looking forward to spending time with my family this weekend and can’t wait for a few days off to enjoy it!

Let’s dive right into my Friday favorites from this past week:

Will’s New Clinic

Will got the opportunity to manage a new clinic at a brand new spot late last year. The building needed some major renovation so it has been a long time coming and lots of work has went into this new space.

They had their open house this week and it was so great to see it all come together. He has been working so hard getting a new location going and is doing such a great job. We are so proud of him!

Ball Games

We have been going to see our friend, Carleigh, and my niece, Nora, play their softball and t-ball games this past week. The nice weather paired with spending a few evenings at the ball field have been such a treat.

The boys loved watching the game, playing in the rocks, climbing up the fence, and eating a cheeseburger, of course!

Logan’s Ice Cream

We have a kid in town who started an ice cream stand a few years ago and we absolutely love it. We can walk from our house and it feels like we are on a little vacation walking to get ice cream. He is only open seasonally (good thing 🙂 ) and we had our first taste of Logan’s on Sunday. A bonus: the boys got to enjoy their very first kiddie cup of their own!

It is so fun to have a little outdoor ice cream place in our small little town and visit with everyone.

Small town livin’ my friends is the best.

Reading

I have finally cracked back into some books lately. Michelle Obama’s new book has been catching my eye, I have heard great reviews so the library had it and I snagged it up this week. She is so refreshing to read about. It has been such a great way to end the day with a book in hand!

I hope you have a wonderful weekend and have a great Mother’s Day weekend.
