365 Days of Food

I want to capture our meals for the next 365 days. I spend a lot of time meal planning, meal prepping, looking at recipes, and testing out new ones. I was inspired from the movie Julie & Julia to take on a 365 challenge.

I hope my posts will inspire you to try a new recipe, cook more meals at home, try a new restaurant, or simply to just love what food can do.

I treasure meals sitting around our dinner table every single night. I know there will be a point in our life when we are busier at night and all 5 of us sitting around together won’t happen often, but for right now I will soak it in.

DAY 1:

Baked sweet and sour cauliflower over rice. Kale and spring mix salad with apples, toasted almonds, and parmesan cheese.
