Day 2 of 365 Days of Food

Day 2:

Breakfast Tacos. Who doesn’t love breakfast for dinner?!

I did not follow a recipe for this meal.

Use any sort of soft shell you prefer and scrambled eggs.

Toppings can be anything you desire: we used avocado, cheese, salsa, sauteed peppers, and spinach. Add bacon or sausage! Cilantro or guacamole! The toppings can be as easy as you want. We finished the meal with a side of hash browns and dinner complete!
