Halloumi Sheet Pan Fajitas.
This meal comes together so fast which makes it perfect for a weeknight dinner.
We use halloumi cheese as our protein which is found in the cheese section and comes in a block. I cut slices off and it has a really high melting point so you can roast it on the pan with everything else. However, you can easily substitute chicken for this! I slice up peppers and onions, toss everything in olive oil and taco seasoning, and roast at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve everything with warm tortillas, salsa, homemade guacamole, and lettuce!
