Spaghetti is so simple and something I always keep the ingredients on hand, however, baked spaghetti gives a little more life to it.
It is super easy and there is no exact recipe I follow-even though there are a ton of them out there if you want better measurements!
I boil my noodles about 2 minutes less than the package directions say, add a few big spoonfuls of cottage cheese, 2 eggs, your choice of sauce, and some mozzarella cheese. Layer half in a big baking dish with a layer of fresh mozzarella cheese and topped with the remaining half. Bake off at 375 degrees until bubbly and golden brown. Serve it with that delicious honey wheat bread and roasted vegetables!
