Brown Butter Gnocchi & Brussel Sprouts.
I loosely followed this recipe from Blue Apron.
I kept it very simple by basically just using onions, garlic, brussel sprouts, gnocchi, lemon, and added parmesan on the top to finish it off.
One pan dinner=perfect weeknight homemade meal.
The crispy gnocchi in the brown butter is absolutely delicious! Finish it with the parmesan on the top and place it under the broiler for a few minutes.
