Healthy Pumpkin Bread.
I love to make a sweet bread loaf for us to have on the weekends. Sometimes they are healthy and sometimes they are not. I love trying out new recipes and making up my own just for fun.
This weekend I tested out a new pumpkin loaf recipe that had no added sugar and it was great. But, what from Cookie + Kate isn’t?! Her blog is the best!
And a little tip–I always double the recipe to have one in the freezer so a few weeks later we can have another one to enjoy!
