Tomato Mozzarella Sliders.
You know that delicious kale pesto I made for our pizza? Well, I had some left and it made the perfect little sandwiches the next night.
I took honey wheat Hawaiian rolls and put a base of the kale pesto on the bottom. Next, I layered thin slices of tomato and fresh mozzarella, Baked them until the cheese was melted and these were such a great dinner!
My favorite way to plan meals is using a component that I made from a previous meal and adding it to a meal the next night, but in a different way. Don’t make meal planning difficult by trying hard recipes every night. Make meal planning fun! Have a great Wednesday!
