Day 63:

Tomato Kale Pesto Mozzarella Sandwich.

I have done a similar sandwich before but this time I used components of other recipes I have featured:

Th bread was the amazing focaccia bread that I can’t stop making.

The kale pesto was from this pizza I made.

Together this sandwich was formed and it was delicious. I layered thin slices of tomatoes, kale pesto, fresh mozzarella, then warmed the sandwiches up in the oven to get them toasty and melted.
