Day 64:

Fried Rice.

I didn’t follow a specific fried rice recipe, however, there is a ton out there on Pinterest if you want to follow one.

I basically used broccoli, carrots, celery, peppers, and onions as our veggie base that I sauteed in sesame oil. I added brown rice and eggs at the end.

I did make this General Tso sauce that was really good drizzled over the rice. Make your own fried rice to get your Chinese fix and you can control all the ingredients!
