Cauliflower with Cheese Sauce.

This is a simple side dish to mix up just plain roasted vegetables. We have some type of roasted vegetable almost every night with our meal so this is an easy way to change it up.

This easy recipe is a great change and might help kids adapt to eating those roasted vegetables they might not normally touch. Leave out the spices to keep it kid friendly!
