This was a comfort meal taken to the next level. This recipe for cauliflower parmesan was absolutely delicious.
While it does take a long time in the oven (make sure you get it really, really roasted!) for the big “steaks” of cauliflower to roast, it is totally worth it and really a hands-off dinner.
I served it with homemade mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables for a wonderful meal.
