Day 106 of 365 Days of Food

Day 106:

Kabobs.

This was a meal that was effortless and required not turning on the oven–perfect for a warm day and screams fresh produce season.

I did peppers, onions, zucchini, and chicken stacked on soaked wooden kabob sticks with barbecue sauce. We grilled them slow on low heat and served it with rice and naan bread.

Fresh, simple, and absolutely delicious!
