When I had the bakery our specialty was big huge brioche cinnamon rolls and they would sell out almost everyday. Well, I miss those cinnamon rolls. They were heaven and I was craving one.
Brioche needs a day in the refrigerator before rolling it out so I was on a mission to find a dough that was easier and a little faster. These did the trick and it was a fun weekend breakfast.
